We are looking to add a junior professional to our Database Marketing & Audience Development team. Database Marketing & Audience Development professionals at Argyle Executive Forum are responsible for:
*Building long term relationships with the attendees of our conferences, and eventually serving as the account manager or relationship manager for a portfolio of clients and prospects
*Studying and building a strong understanding of the industries and topics we host conferences in
*Using a variety of in-house as well as 3rd party databases and CRM systems to identify the appropriate professionals to invite to participate in events.
*Producing highly effective marketing campaigns for Argyle Executive Forum
*Serving as the main point of contact as attendees have questions or need help registering for our events
*Serving as project manager for a number of audience development efforts over the course of the year
*Administrative duties such as maintaining and ?cleaning? core databases and lists to preserve the integrity of the databases we build and use
*Ability to work well in an entrepreneurial environment and as part of cross functional teams
Qualifications include:
*1-3 years of prior experience in a technology enabled marketing role ? such as database marketing, interactive marketing, or playing a project management role on integrated direct marketing campaigns
* A business degree and background ? much of your work will be to know and understand your end markets well so you can produce creative and messaging that resonates with your prospects
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Must feel comfortable in a high performance, demanding environment - no deer in headlights
*Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel a very big plus
